Pandimeenal v. The District Collector

O R D E R Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

¶2The petitioner has not produced any material to show that the petition mentioned survey number is a water body.

¶3The learned Special Government Pleader would point out that in the representation submitted by the petitioner, prayer is for calling upon the authorities not to lay any road on his patta land.

¶4There is no consonance between the writ prayer and the representation made by the petitioner. The writ petition is therefore dismissed for the present. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) & (B.PUGALENDHI, J.) 13th JUNE 2023
