ORDER The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.271 of 2023 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, Kanchipuram District to the file of the learned Family Court Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.

¶2The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objections for allowing the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition. However, he requests the Court for a direction for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.271 of 2023 as both the parties have arrived at a consenus by mutual consent.

¶3Recording the same, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed by transferring the H.M.O.P.No.271 of 2023 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, Kanchipuram District to the file of the learned Family Court Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.

¶4Considering the fact that both the parties appeared to have arrived at a consenus by mutual consent, the Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil shall endeavour to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.271 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
