¶2It is a simple issue between the practising Advocate and driver of the Transport Corporation.
¶3The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is case of case and counter. In respect of the complaint given by the petitioner, he has not appeared before the second respondent police, whereas the counter party appeared and made a statement that he will not make any trouble to the petitioner in future.
¶4In respect of the complaint given by the petitioner stating that his car has been damaged by the counter party, let him appear before the 2nd respondent.
