This petition is filed seeking a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai to number the charge sheet filed by the CBI in FIR No. RC.299 of 2019 dated 14.06.2019 and consequently accept the copy application filed by the petitioner company and to provide a copy of mentioned charge sheet to the petitioner company.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing, on instructions, both the counsels submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has been complied with and hence, there is no further adjudication is necessary.
