03.05.2023 and 24.05.2023 issued by the respondent bank.

¶2Mr.R.Pandivel, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent bank, on instructions, would submit that the challenge to the sale notices has become infructuous inasmuch as there are no bidders till the last late of sale, namely, 09.06.2023.

¶3Recording the same, these writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
