¶2Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

¶3Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, the condition No.5(b) already imposed on the petitioner, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7705 of 2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanniyakumari, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
