This petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 3rd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that one Lakshmanan, General Manager of Karpagam Mills Limited has given a complaint against this petitioner and one Loganathan and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed.

¶3Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
