This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the first Respondent to permit the petitioner to uninstall the unmaintained cell Phone Tower in Survey No. 293/1 at Yerichanatham Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.On 12.09.2023, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today(14.09.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.In view of the same and the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in WP(MD)No.15974 of 2017, dated 29.08.2019, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
