ORDER The writ petition stands dismissed since the appeal has not yet been numbered. However, the writ petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh writ petition, after the appeal filed by the petitioner herein is numbered by the respective authority and after notice is issued to all the parties and after their appearance and then seek a direction for disposal of the said appeal.
