Heard both sides.

¶2The petitioner does not have any cause of action to complain. The petition has been prematurely filed. In fact, the rights of the petitioner do not appear to have been affected at all.

¶3Granting liberty to the petitioner to move this Court at the appropriate time, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
