3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the CRLeMP(MD)eNo.8490eofe2023 petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of the District Legal Service Authority, Sivagangai District. Time to surrender and execute sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
