Sankaraselvi v. The Superintendent of Police

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the respondents to conduct the further investigation in Crime No. 106 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police by an independent, competent and unbiased police office to file fresh final report.

¶2The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that it is a case of case and counter and in both the cases final report filed on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti.

¶3In view of the said submission, there is no ground to conduct further investigation. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings, if so advised.

¶4With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
