O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

¶2With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

¶3It is seen from the proceedings of the District Collector, Trichy District, dated 23.12.2022, that a positive direction has been issued to effect changes in the A-Register and other revenue records classifying the land as gpw;gLj;jg ;gl ;nlhh; ej;jk ; " " from the existing classification of "muR g[wk ;nghf;F", since assignment pattas have been granted to the individuals several years ago. A tabular statement of the required change is also annexed to the said proceedings of the District Collector.

¶4The complaint of the petitioner is that the third respondent is not implementing the orders of the District Collector, Trichy District. The fact that the District Collector, Trichy District, has directed reclassification of the land in question, is not disputed. Hence, we do not see any reason for prolonged silence on the part of the Tahsildar, Manapparai Taluk, in implementing the orders passed by the District Collector, Trichy District.

¶5Hence this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahsildar, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, to implement the orders of the District Collector, Trichy District, dated 23.12.2022, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court. No costs.
