¶2The petitioner has sent representation 13.03.2019 stating that due to election motive one Mookan, S/o. While the facts are being so, they never permitted the petitioner and his wife from entering into the village. Thereafter they damaged the house of the petitioner and killed the goats the same was complained before the Sub Inspector of Police, Gopinath but no action was taken. Per contra the nineth respondent herein threatened the petitioner. On 18.03.2019 the son of the petitioner gave a representation before the official respondents. Thereafter the petitioner on 09.04.2019 sent a representation to the respondents 1 to 8 but there is no action, at the same time the Sub Inspector of Police, Maninaram threatened the petitioner to get back the complaint given by the petitioner against the Ravi, but the petitioned denied to do the same.
