¶3On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet was filed on 28.11.2022 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.1365 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and the case was posted to

17.05.2023 for appearance of the accused.

¶4In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
