O R D E R This petition is filed questioning the orders passed by the respondents police rejecting permission to conduct Kabadi tournament on 24.06.2023 at Chinnailandaikulam, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.

¶2As seen from the records, the kabadi tournament is to be held on 24.06.2023. Since the date on which the petitioner has proposed to conduct the kabadi tournament has already been expired, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application if he intends to conduct kabadi tournament on some other date and on filing of such application, the respondents police shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders by following due process. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
