Judgment
O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the registration of a sale deed pertaining to the subject property.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property and one Mrs.V.Bharathi, had registered her document, but had erroneously incorporated S.F.No. as 154 instead 155. Therefore, the second respondent was refusing to register the document submitted by the petitioner, though the petitioner is the owner of the subject property in S.F.No.154/2z. It is under these circumstances, the present Writ Petition was filed before this Court.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the second respondent and the relevant portions are extracted hereunder: ",yhy;Fb rhu;gjptfk; newpQ;ryf;Fb fpuhk ru;Nt vz; 154/2z -y; ghujp mlkhdk; ngw;w Mtz vz; 1900/2016 kw;Wk; Kd; Mtz ml;ltiz vz;zhd 1230/1985 Mtzq;fspy;-II-y; mupaY}u; khtl;lg;gjpthsu; (epu;thfk;) mtu;fspd; Miz vz; %.K.vz;.2980/M1/,4/2021 ehs;

4.It is clear from the above that the second respondent will have no objection in entertaining the document presented by the petitioner for registration provided that the petitioner satisfies all the requirements .
5.In view of the same, it is left open to the petitioner to re-present the document before the second respondent and if the petitioner satisfies all the requirements, the document shall be registered and released.
6.This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
