ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, Madurai District, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.35 of 2021 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

¶2Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

¶3Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, Madurai District, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.35 of 2021 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
