2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court finds no merits in this petition and the same is dismissed. However, time to comply the conditions is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled automatically.
