¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that this Writ Petition has become infructuous because of the lapse of time and the date on which the petitioner sought for permission to conduct the temple festival has already lapsed.
¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the temple festival has not been conducted on that dates and the temple festival is yet to be conducted.
