¶2Today (17.10.2023), when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the impugned proceedings in S.T.C.No.463 of 2020, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Kovilpatti, has ended in acquittal and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
