This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of his representation dated 08.06.2023.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.256 of 2023 and the above said complaint was closed on 22.06.2023 by advising the parties to workout their remedy in the pending suit itself or through appropriate civil process.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner continuously submitted to pass orders that in future also no such harassment should be made. But such sort of submision cannot be entertained without any basis, since already the complaint was closed.
