This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of Enquiry on his representation dated 14.06.2023.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that FIR has already been registered against this petitioner in Crime No. 165 of 2023 on 22.06.2023, on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

¶3In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
