COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to quash the First Information Reports in Cr.Nos.300, 499 & 531 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent has represented that already charge sheets were filed in all these cases and as per charge sheets, prima facie materials available and at this stage, these petitions are liable to be dismissed.

3.Since these petitions are filed by challenging FIRs and already the first respondent police filed charge sheets, these petitions are dismissed and the petitioners have to appear before the trial Court for further proceedings. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
