O R D E R The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorari, questioning the election to the Society, which was decreed by a Civil Court. Questioning that decree, an appeal suit is pending. The petitioner is a candidate. He was aggrieved with the election officer/second respondent, who had proceeded to count votes and declare the election result, though the same was kept in abeyance till the disposal of appeal suit.

2.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
