Jebamalairaj @ Rajappan v. The Inspector of Police

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the trial court to dispose the Calendar Case in C.C.No.193 of 2023 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that within a period of six months trial will be completed.

¶3In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to dispose the C.C.No.193 of 2023 pending on its file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
