ORDER This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.28787 of 2022, dated 22.12.2022.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner also endorses the stand of the respondent that the order has been complied with. Compliance report has also been filed by the respondent in this regard.

¶3Recording the said compliance report, this contempt petition stands closed.
