ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti to dispose the case in C.C.No. 9 of 2019 within the stipulated period.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that within a period of three months trial will be completed.

¶3In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti to dispose the C.C.No. 9 of 2019 pending on its file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
