Ramkumar v. The Superintendent of Police

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner by interferring into a civil subject matter which is pending adjudiction in O.S No.51 of 2023 before the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, in respect of property in Town Survey no.159, Block No.5, Ward No.C, Ramanathapuram Town.

¶2The learned additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the mother of petitioner namely Veerammal, First Information Report in Crime No.188 of 2023 has been filed on 22.06.2023 before the second respondent Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 380 of IPC.

¶3In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the case has been registered against the petitioner, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

¶4With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
