This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to file final report in Crime No.201 of 2022 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

¶2The second respondent is present before this Court and stated that though investigation has been completed, they are waiting for license particulars of the accused.

¶3The second respondent is directed to file Final Report before the concerned jurisdictional Magisterial Court within a month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

¶4With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
