Judgment
O R D E R This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to regulate the moments of auto for loading and alighting the passengers and consequently to take action against the violators, who park their auto at Pandikovil Ring Road Junction and on the basis of petitioner's representations, dated 26/09/2020 and 05/10/2020.
2.The relief sought for by the petitioner is unsustainable. The petitioner has sought for an omni bus prayer in the writ petition for a direction to the respondents to regulate the movement of the auto at the road junction. The petitioner is seeking for an impossibility and it is too difficult to regulate such movement of auto, particularly, near a bus stand. This Court will not issue a direction in a writ petition, which is impossible of compliance. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
