Judgment
O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.08.2021.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has already returned back the bundle to the petitioner along with change of vakalat in the year 2021 itself. The petitioner has not chosen to engage any other counsel. Even otherwise, the petitioner is seeking to enforce a right against the private party in this writ petition.
3.In view of the same, the maintainability of the very writ petition is under question. This Court is not inclined to pass any orders in the writ petition, since it involves a private dispute. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
