This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner has sought for erecting electrical poles and fitting street lights in his Village Panchayat.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the request made by the petitioner was considered, but there were some objections made by one Seetharaman and the said Seetharaman filed writ petition before this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7620 of 2021, which was disposed of by an order dated

31.08.2023 with a direction to conduct enquiry and to take a decision.

3.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
