This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.177 of 2018, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

¶2On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as S.C. No.94 of 20212.

¶3On the side of the petitioner, it is fairly admitted that the case was taken on file as S.C. No.94 of 20212.

¶3In view of the above submissions, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
