O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 211 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

¶2Already advance list published on 31.08.2023 but today none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

¶3When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against this petitioner they filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.313 of 2023.

¶4Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
