ORDER This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.224 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

¶2The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in C.C.No.224 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners in this petition become infructuous.

¶3Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
