Respondents Prayer :- Criminal Revision Petition filed Under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 pleased to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent Sub Divisional Executive cum Revenue Divisional Officer in MC No.162/2023 A4 dated 03.06.2023, set aside the same. ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the letter received from the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimardur, in D.No.2563/2024, dated 18/10/2024, seeking further two months time to dispose the Original suit, and this Court made the following order: "This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.492 of 2019.

2.The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimarudur, sent a letter dated 18.10.2024, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of O.S.No.492 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 31.07.2023.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in O.S.No.492 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
