ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of mandamus restraining the respondents from interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property in Survey No.119/3 measuring 0.06.50 ares of land in Patta No. 43 at Dharmapatti Revenue Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District, except by due process of law.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that originally there was a proposal to lay a road and thereafter, this proposal has been cancelled / dropped.

¶3Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
