Judgment
ORDER The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to disburse the petitioner's difference amount of salary from 01.09.2017 to
31.12.2017 on the basis of 12(3) Settlement dated 04.01.2018 along with 6% interest.
¶2Heard the learned counsel on either side.
¶3The writ petitioner was employed in the respondent Corporation and he reached the age of superannuation. His grievance is that he was not given effect of the wage settlement that was entered into on 04.01.2018. It is not in dispute that the said settlement was notionally given from 01.09.2016. The actual monetary benefit was given for the months from 01.09.2017 to
31.12.2017. Admittedly, the petitioner has to be given differences in wages for the aforesaid four months. His grievance is that he was not given the said wage difference.
¶4The respondent management is directed to pay the wage difference to the petitioners for the aforesaid period within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
¶5This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
