O R D E R Contending that the direction given by this Court has not been complied with, this contempt petition has been filed.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion, the authorities expressed certain practical difficulties. I also noted that the writ petition was disposed of not on merits but based on the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader. The contempt can be said to be committed only if there is willful breach of the direction given by this Court. In this case according to the respondents, even though they are still going ahead with the exercise of survey, on ground they are encountering considerable issues. I am satisfied that no contempt has been committed. This contempt petition is closed.
