ORDER Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.7929 of 2016 dated 04.11.2022, the Contempt Petition has been filed.

¶2The respondent has granted alternative employment to the petitioner in some other Municipality. But the petitioner is suffering from Intervertebral Disc Prolapse and due to his ill health, he is not able to accept the employment granted by the respondent.

¶3Therefore, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue as Office Assistant in temporary post. The respondent as and when any vacancy arises, shall accommodate the petitioner.

¶4With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is closed.
