ORDER Today (06.10.2023), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No-II, Kovilpatti. The same was taken on file in C.C.No.159 of 2020 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
