The petitioner /A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.06.2023 for the offences under sections 457,380 of IPC in Crime No.181 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

¶2The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and stolen gold ornaments to the tune of Rs.11,00,000/-, hence the case. CRL OP(MD). No.11869 of 2023

¶3Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

¶4Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner was arrested only on

11.06.2023 and another accused was still absconding, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
