PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.78 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.04.2023 for the offences under sections 457 and 380 of IPC in Crime No.78 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

¶2The case of the prosecution is that on 18.02.2023 while the defacto complainant went out from his house for worshipping the family god one Ramathilagam who is residing in the opposite house informed that some one had broken his house and had stolen 30 sovereigns of gold jewels and silver articles worth about Rs.15,000/- and cash of Rs.3,00,000/- hence the case.

¶3Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that 13 previous cases are pending against the petitioner. CRL OP(MD). No.11900 of 2023

¶4Taking into consideration all the above facts and also the taking into account the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
