ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.1113 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the parties, the petitioner and others went to the de-facto complainant's house and damaged the household articles worth about Rs.2,000/-. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and he has involved in six previous cases. CRL OP(MD). No.11920 of 2023

4.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
