ORDER This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in D.V.C.No.8 of 2020, on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that pending this petition, the parties have entered compromise themselves and withdraw the proceeding in DVC.No.8 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. Hence, the petition has become infructuous.

¶3Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
