ORDER This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.8 of 2020 on the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner namely, Joseph passed away and as such, there is no purpose in proceeding with the criminal original petition.
