O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents for the survey of lands in Natham Patta No.391 old S.No.32/1A1B new S.No.202/4A, old S.No.32/1A1B New S.No.202/4B, old S.No.28/9 New S.No.201/32B at Keeladi Village, Ulkadai Pasiyapuram Village, Tirubhuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, Madurai North Registration District measuring totally 343 sq feet of vacant land.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the patta has already been issued in the name of the petitioner. The copy of proceeding, dated 21.10.2021 was also produced before this Court.

3.Recording the above, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
