O R D E R This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents to issue house tax receipt to the petitioner, with respect to the subject property, in order to enable the petitioner to obtain electricity connection for the dwelling house.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the third respondent. 3.It is clear from the above that the petitioner has already been asked to get necessary certificate from the Village Administrative Officer and hand over the same, in order to enable the third respondent to issue house tax receipt in the name of the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to follow up with the Village Administrative Officer and get a certificate and hand it over to the third respondent, in order to get the house tax receipt in his name. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.This writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
