Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SUNDARAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10646 of 2023 on 16.06.2023 by enabling the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruvelveli instead of the respondent police.

¶2Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

¶3After hearing both sides, this Court feels that there is no reason to modify the condition, since unreasonable complaints have been raised against the respondent police by the petitioner.

¶4In the result, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
